FBIF2021 – Food and Beverage Innovation Forum 2021 recently took place at the Hangzhou International Expo Center between June 30 to July 2.
The theme for this year’s exhibition was “Explore New Growth” exploring how the industry can continue its recovery following on from the pandemic.
This is the eighth year the Forum has taken place and it has become a key meeting place for the market to discuss Industry trends and innovation cases from the perspectives of industry strategy, products, marketing, packaging, and investment.
Over 3500 food and beverage companies took part with an estimated 10000+ participants. The plenary session focused on how consumer goods companies need to adjust their existing product and marketing strategies to reflect changes in the Chinese consumer goods market, such as an increased focus on healthier living after the pandemic.
