Discover Kezzler’s Q1 2026 platform updates, featuring an enhanced Batch Flow visualizer, automated Digital Product Passport workflows, and a new dashboard bridging purchase orders with manufacturing visibility. Learn how we are turning compliance for EU DPP and FSMA 204 into a strategic business advantage.

In Q1 2026, we continued expanding the Kezzler platform to help global brands strengthen traceability, simplify compliance, and prepare for evolving regulations such as the Digital Product Passport, EU Battery Regulation and FSMA204.

Our goal extends beyond simply meeting legal and regulatory checkboxes. We are committed to delivering a best-in-class user experience (UX) and intelligent automation that transforms compliance into a strategic advantage across supply chain operations, product traceability, and consumer engagement.

The latest updates include:

  • Enhanced Batch Flow visualization
  • Product Passport & compliance tools (DPP, DBP, FSMA 204)
  • Automation workflows for passport generation
  • Advanced analytics and contextual filtering
  • Purchase order & manufacturing visibility
  • UX refinements

Visualizing the supply chain with Enhanced Batch Flow

We have refined our visualization tools to make complex supply chain data easier to understand and act on. These updates improve visibility, help teams identify issues earlier, and support faster operational decisions.

  • From Batch Lineage to “Flow” : We have renamed the Batch Lineage feature to Flow to better reflect the dynamic movement of products, materials, and events throughout the supply chain.
  • Enhanced location tracking: A new color-coding system highlights the latest observed location for each batch, making it easier to distinguish between physical locations and transformation events at a glance.
  • Streamlined clusters: Batch clusters are now smaller and more streamlined, allowing the interface to scale more effectively when working with high-volume and highly complex supply chains.
  • New Batch location quantities report: The new Batch Location Quantities Report provides a detailed inventory overview across the supply chain. It helps teams quickly identify where a specific batch is located and respond faster to operational issues.

Digital Product Passport & Compliance readiness

As new EU regulations continue to evolve, we are expanding our Digital Product Passport and compliance capabilities to help organizations manage regulatory requirements at scale.

  • DPP landing preview: Users can now preview the Digital Product Passport landing page directly from the passport record, helping ensure data accuracy before publication.
  • UI data preview: A new interface for reviewing raw data ensures all mandatory regulatory fields are populated correctly.
  • Automation workflows: A new management UI allows teams to create automated workflows. This reduces the manual effort required to generate and update passports.

User experience improvements for faster daily operations

We have also addressed several frequent customer requests to improve efficiency and usability for everyday platform tasks.

  • Interface polishing: Lists now feature fixed headers and improved scrolling behavior, making it easier to navigate and work with large datasets.
  • Deeper technical integration: Within the “Check UID” view, users can now access direct links to the API Monitor. This enables technical teams to troubleshoot requests and integrations more efficiently.

Advanced analytics & filtering

Additionally, we have continued to build on the redesigned analytics module introduced at the end of 2025. New capabilities make it easier to explore data geographically, contextually, and across procurement.

  • Improved geolocation: When working with datasets containing coordinates, the Kezzler Dashboard now offers improved map visualizations for better geographic insight.
  • Contextual filters: Navigate data faster with contextual filters that apply across dashboard widgets, making it easier to analyze trends over time and across operational views.
  • Purchase orders & Manufacturing visibility: We are also introducing visibility into purchase orders and manufacturing operations, helping bridge the gap between procurement and production for a more holistic operational overview.
