It is able to handle massive amounts of data while delivering a consistent performance irrespective of the age or size of the data processed by the system.
It requires no database or index to manage a multiple [n] level product hierarchy. In addition splitting and re-aggregation within the supply chain is also dealt with such that it is able to provide a full ePedigree.
The architecture delivers known and guaranteed performance. The technology facilitates a linear scalability without any upper limit.
For highest possible operational reliability the SSP system was, from its inception, constructed to be able to operate with partial downtime and availability. This is not possible with other conventional database and serialization technologies.
