Kezzler has created the Vidar software module which is designed to manage the secure delivery integration and printing of codes on the production line.
Vidar is designed to fulfill two main functions:
- Security - Vidar can only be invoked and accessed by a secure smart card. Once the product marking system is complete, all codes or serial numbers are securely purged to prevent copying or misuse.
- Printer and line management - To guarantee that no code will ever be printed twice.
Vidar manages the interface with the most product marking equipment available today and more equipment is added to the library when new equipment is released.
